A new 4 lane motorway shall be constructed on the stretch Gulli-Langåker in Vestfold, total 24 km. This notice is for the construction of new lanes parallel to the current 2 lane road and the unit price contract consists of the northern part of this stretch, from Gulli to Holmene south which is a total of 6,7 km. The deadline for completion is 30.10.2014. There are sub deadlines in the contracts.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Company tax certificate (National requierment).

(3) Self-declaration regarding health, environment and safety in compliance with Appendix 2 (“Vedlegg 2”) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (“Forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser” - National requierments).

If the tenderer is a working partnership, a statement of joint and several liability over the awarding authority and third party shall be enclosed with the tender.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

(1) Presentation of balance-sheets where publication of the balance-sheet is required under the law of the state where the company is established.

(2) Statement of the company’s turnover for the last 3 financial years relating to the area covered by the contract.

(3) Other documentation required (Please detail below):

— equity shall be documented,

— documentation of any considerable changes in the tenderer's equity and solidity as regards the last auditor confirmed accounts shall be enclosed with the tender.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

— The tenderer is required to have positive equity. If the tenderer is a working partnership, this is a requirement for each of the participants,

— the tenderer's average annual turnover ought to be at least as big as the annual turnover that the contract will generate.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

(1) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution.

(2) A list of the works carried out, by the company, over the past 5 years, with the values, dates and clients.

(3) A statement of the company's heath, environment and safety policy.

(4) Other documentation required (Please detail below):

— tenderers shall account for the company form and employees’ competence,

— an overview of reference projects; technical and site experience,

— overview of reference projects; the awarding authority’s experience with the tender,

— account of how the contract shall be carried out shall be enclosed with the tender,

— documentation of the HES system, H1-value and an account of any improvement measures shall be enclosed with the tender.

— Tenderers are required to have experience from the work of the same nature and degree of difficulty,

— the awarding authority’s experience with the tenderer will be evaluated,

— tenderers are required to have technical and professional competence as well as relevant experience in key persons who will be used in the assignment.
