The purchase agreement is for 2 years with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the entire or parts of the agreement with 1 + 1 year(s).
The service agreement is for 1 year with option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the entire or parts of the agreement with 1 + 1 + 1 year(s).
The tender contest includes 19 independent posts (product posts). For some of the posts one supplier only, will be awarded contract, for other posts, parallel framework agreements will be entered into with 3 suppliers.

Documentation requirement: Certificate of professional or commercial registration as mandated by the Member state in which the supplier is, e.g. company certificate from the Brønnøysund Register Centre.

— a statement of the supplier's quality assurance system, attached a copy, if any, of certificates issued by a certification body which verify fulfilment of quality assurance standards,
— the supplier shall present an overview of the dealer network for delivery of equipment and the service network for the delivery of services, whether or not the personnel belongs to the supplier’s organization or to subcontractors’ organisation. This shall be carried out in the Product and price form, enclosure1 to Appendix 2.
