Suppliers shall delivery and install vacuum lifters (Column swing - crane, wall swing - crane and Traverse - crane) in shops for reading boxes from pallets. The number of cranes is estimated to approx. 5-10 per annum.

Vinmonopolet will sign a contract for 2 years with the right to an option for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms.
Foreløpig tidsplan for bruk av opsjoner: 24 måneder

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.
(3) Value added tax certificate (National requirement).
(4) Company tax certificate (National requirement).
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The supplier’s economic and financial capacity.
Sufficient economic solidity is required.
Documentation – proof that the requirement is fulfilled:
— credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be a so-called rating (include credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publically certified credit institution (e.g. Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorff or equivalent institutions).

If a supplier has a valid reason as to why the requested documentation cannot be provided, he can document his economic and financial position by other documentation which the awarding authority can accept. If a supplier has such a valid reason, he shall contact the awarding authority in writing.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 5 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for works contracts).
(3) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The supplier’s technical and professional qualifications.
— Requirement 1: Experience from equivalent deliveries and a good ability to fulfil the contract are required,
— Requirement 2: A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required,
— Requirement 3: Environmental requirements.
Documentation – proof that the requirement is fulfilled:
— Requirement 1: The company’s most important deliveries in the last 3 years, including their value, date and recipient,
— Requirement 2: Certification in accordance with ISO 9000 or equivalent, any account of the company’s quality assurance/control system,
— Requirement 3: Certification in accordance with ISO 114001, other environment management system verified by an accredited 3rd party, or other equivalent documentation of implemented environment measures.
All Vinmonopolet’s printed matter shall be printed on environment marked paper.
The printed matter shall be environment marked with the “Swan mark”, EU flower or equivalent.
Kontraktutførelse
Hovedfinansieringsvilkår og betalingsordninger og/eller henvisning til relevante bestemmelser som regulerer dem: Fixed price (index regulated).
Juridisk form som skal antas av gruppen av økonomiske operatører som kontrakten skal tildeles til: Limited company.
