AS Vinmonopolet

The Norwegian wine and spirits monopoly, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, shall enter into an agreement regarding delivery of freight packaging to be used for shipments from the warehouse in Rommen, Oslo. The packaging shall endure handling through the Norwegian Post’s production system without being damaged.

Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

Company registration certificate.

Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

Value added tax certificate (National requirement).

Company tax certificate (National requirement).

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Other documentation required: Sufficient financial solidity is required,

— Credit rating, not older than 3 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The credit rating shall be a so called rating (include a credit rating, part judgement and historical rating) and it shall be carried out by a publically certified credit institution (e.g. Dun & Bradstreet, Creditinform, Lindorff or equivalent institutions).

If a supplier has a valid reason as to why the requested documentation cannot be enclosed, he can prove his economic and financial position with other documentation which the awarding authority can accept. If a supplier has such a valid reason, written contact shall be made with the awarding authority in order to clarify which other documentation can be accepted.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past three years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).

Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts).

A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

Other documentation required:

Requirement 1: The company's most important deliveries in the last 3 years including their values, dates and recipients. The tenderer shall have good implementation ability for the requested extent. The tenderer must substantiate delivery ability for the stated product quantities.

Requirement 2: Certification in accordance with ISO 9000 or equivalent, possibly an account of the company's quality assurance/control system. The tenderer shall substantiate competence in product development. The tenderer shall answer and document requirements regarding functionality.

Requirement 3: Certification in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS registration, Environment lighthouse certification, other environment management system verified by an accredited 3rd party or other corresponding documentation.
