The project is for the development of technical installations for a new residential area in Havn, with a total of approx. 230 residences, nursery and business area.
The work consists of, among other things, the following parts:
— 5 130 m roads,
— 3 240 m pavements and footpaths,
— 2 ball areas,
— 16 play areas,
— 28 400 m³ excavation in total,
— 35 800 m³ blasting in total,
— 44 250 m² asphalt in total,
— small boat harbour with 110 m quay front,
— 1 400 m² natural stone walls,
— 6 600 m ditches for water and sewage and cables,
— 19 000 m pipes and parts.

(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(5) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
