Norsk Tipping would like framework agreements with one or several service providers who can assist with special competence connected to the mobile and/or internet channel. We would like to use this to improve and raise the quality of the content given to our public.
Service area 1: Mobile.
— 1. Technical knowledge:
a. Mobile development platforms and App stores;
b. Mobile infrastructure for development of systems and services;
c. Graphical Design and User Interface (UX);
d. System administration.
— 2. Commercial knowledge:
a. Concept and idea development;
b. Campaign activities;
c. Developing brands in e-channels;
d. Trends in the market.
Service area 2: Internet.
a. Concept and idea development;
b. Campaign activities;
c. Developing brands in e-channels;
d. Trends in the market;
e. Development of games applications;
f. Interaction design;
g. Graphical design General for both areas: Competence in new technical platforms, not limited to, but e.g. pads.
The contract does not include ready systems, software or products.
