The contract is for the delivery and assembly of the following deliveries to Nesodden municipal centre/Tangenten:
1. Sitting and conference furniture,
2. Office furniture and case goods,
3. Work chairs,
4. Teaching, movement and sense furniture,
5. Furniture for photocopy rooms and stores, whiteboards and mirrors.
Tenders can be given for one, several or all parts of the procurement. Each lot will be evaluated separately and a contract will be signed for each lot.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);
1. The supplier is required to be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating, not older than 1 yaer, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publically certified credit rating institution.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Suppliers shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(2) Other documentation required (please state below).
Description of routines for ensuring the ability to fulfil the contract and methods for quality assurance of the assignment.
Suppliers shall enclose any copies of system certificates issued by accredited certification bodies or equivalent documentation, a copy of the contents of the supplier’s environment control system, as well as a short description of this.
If this is being developed, a provisional contents list is to be enclosed as well as an account of the proposed system and confirmation of when it is expected to be implemented and certified/approved.

.Good experience is required from equivalent assignments.
. A good and well functioning quality assurance system is required for the service which shall be provided.
.The supplier service is required to have internal and external environment profiles, including a good and well functioning environment control system; ISO 14001, EMAS, environmental lighthouse or equivalent, or documentation that the necessary environment control system will be implemented during the contract period.
