Construction of a new swimming pool and multi-user building.
The multi-user building shall contain swimming pool, multi-user hall with traversing amphitheatre and stage, kitchen, locker rooms, etc. A connecting building made of glass shall connect the multi-user building with the existing town hall. This connecting building contains i.a.: rallying areas, service market, stairs, ramps, lifts, etc.
The load-bearing structures are made of concrete, laminated wood and steel.
The outer walls made of timber frame with polymer concrete sheets.
Floor on the ground, covers of in situ concrete.
Roof made of concrete elements, covered with foil.
The swimming pool trough shall be in steel.
