Nordisk Innovations Center, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is not formally bound by the procurement regulations as a consequence the institution’s character as a Nordic institution. However, the Awarding Authority has decided to carry out the procurement processes in accordance with the Norwegian procurement regulations.
