Norsk Tipping AS

Norsk Tipping, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into framework agreements for strategic consultancy services for the following 4 delivery areas:
Delivery area 1: Strategic platform, company strategy and strategic business development:
a) tendencies and scenario works;
b) community development viewed in macro perspective;
c) innovative business development viewed in a long term perspective.
Delivery area 2: Product and brand strategies:
a) portfolio management;
b) strategic positioning;
c) branded goods platforms.
Delivery area 3: Distribution and channel strategies:
a) physical channels (agent network);
b) digital channels (internet, mobile, game terminals) and media;
c) distribution structures.
Delivery area 4: Customer and segment strategies:
a) operational and analytical CRM;
b) segmentation models;
c) customer and loyalty programmes;
d) value increasing services.
The Awarding Authority will enter into a framework agreement with one main joint venture partner for all delivery areas (1, 2, 3, and 4). The Awarding Authority will also enter into separate framework agreements with 2 service providers for delivery area 1 and delivery area 2.
