Søndeled School, new education wing

Risør kommune

The tenderer shall plan and construct a new school (wing). The existing school wing is assessed to be ready for condemnation and the tenderer is expected to carry out the demolishing works. An environmental condemnation report for this wing has been prepared.
The tenderer must engage architect and necessary consultancy team and design a proposal for the new school wing during the tender stage. Soil drillings have been done and the result of these shall be used as assistance in connection with assessment of foundation, room plans, requirement specifications for constructional and technical disciplines have also been prepared.
Prices shall be given for all works and the tender shall also include temporary premises as well as some up-grading of the existing gymnasium in accordance with descriptions given in the tender documents.
Net area requirement for the new wing is expected to approx. 1 900 m2.
The 3 best draft projects and tenders for the new school will be awarded 50 000 NOK each for participation in the contest.
Additional 50 000 NOK will be divided between the remaining participants who were not rejected.
