Sludge emptying from households, holiday homes and municipal sites

Through an open tender competition SSR wishes to enter into an agreement for emptying, treatment and disposal of sludge from private and municipal sewage sites in the municipalities Sande, Herøy, Ulstein and Hareid in Søre Sunnmøre.
The assignment consists of the following work:
— emptying of private septic tanks up to 6 m3, tanks without drains, septic tanks from holiday homes, and cottages, and emptying/de-watering of sludge from common tanks/municipal common tanks over 6 m3,
— transport to, and handling of, sludge at approved (public) sludge treatment sites,
— reception and possibly emptying of sieve goods from filtering installations,
— emergency emptying,
— handling/disposal of sludge in accordance with the regulation for sludge, and also in accordance with the environmental requirement for this assignment (see separate attachment for this),
— reporting directly into the municipal computer system for sludge handling.
The volume of the assignment during the last few years was just below 2 000 000 NOK per year.
