The contract includes purchase of a service management system or purchase of beneficial right to system, including accompanying support and maintenance agreement.
In addition to the procurement of the system, the service provider will be assigned to implement the system and integrate it towards one or several external suppliers. The Awarding Authority will enter into one agreement or several agreements with one and same service provider who shall cover the described requirements.
The service provider will be allowed to engage sub-providers. However, the Awarding Authority emphasizes that the selected provider, by status as contracting party, shall be liable for any sub-providers.
