The agreement includes periodic inspections, operation, maintenance and error recovery of the listed municipalities’ road and park lighting.
The following works shall as a minimum be carried out on maintenance rounds: control of road lighting, changing light sources, cleaning of screens and reflectors, repair of errors which are registered during the maintenance round and repairs of all reported errors.

Routine inspections by driving through minimum 4 times in the period from 01.08 until 01.05. shall be carried out. The road lighting system consists of cable network and line network. There are approx. 264 km of cable network and approx. 947 km of line network. The line network has approx. 415 km joint distributors at Skagerak Nett’s pylons, of which approx. 125 km are single-poled and approx. 532 km on own pylons. The work area includes approx. 39 00 road lighting points in the listed municipalities. These lighting points illuminate approx. 1 500 km road.
