The contract shall be valid for 2 years with an option for up to a 3 year extension for all of or parts of the contract. The contract’s extent can be expanded to include new airports. The enquiry will be sent to between 3 and 6 service providers. Service providers must be fluent in written and oral Norwegian. The contract can be divided between several service providers – one contract per service provider. A contract will be signed for mechanical/electromechanical maintenance and maintenance of control systems. The competition does not include Oslo airport and Bergen airport, Flesland. Requests for prequalification shall be sent in a sealed envelope/package marked 11/01211 – prequalification maintenance baggage installations, to Avinor’s postal address, alternatively delivered to Avinor’s visitor’s address Dronning Eufemias gate 6, 0154 Oslo, Norway. (NT Ref:230590).

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);
1) Legally established company.
2+3) No unpaid due taxes and VAT – certificate not older than 6 months.
4) HSE self-declaration, see the public procurements act.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;
(3) Statement of the company’s turnover, of relevance to this contract, for previous years.
Healthy finances are required.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
Relevant experience from the maintenance of baggage handling systems is required.
The service provider is required to have a documented quality assurance system/quality control system.
