The work comprises, among other things.
Piling work in sea, up to 20 meter depth.
Steel work – footbridge in sea.
Concrete work – concrete surface at airport, as well as foundations.
Carpentry work.
Roofing work.
Concrete/brick and polishing work.
Painting work.
Layout of flat surfaces for GP, LOC, new taxiway and filling to the East.
— Reinforced layer,
— base layer,
— asphalt,
— correction of filter layer and plastering.
Finished surface:
— New LOC – 12 500 m2,
— Ex LOC – 25 000 m2,
— Taxiway – 18 500 m2,
— GP – 42 500 m2.
Cable ditches, approx. 3.500 km.
Terrain adjustments/removal of obstacles along the runway.
All work is in close proximity to the runway, and therefore some of the work shall be carried out during the night in the period 10.4.2012-30.6.2012, and 15.8.2012-31.10.2012.
The scope of the work can change.
The site engineer may be given the responsibility of progress co-ordination together with elctro engineer (seperate contract).
Pre-qualification will be carried out on basis of tenders submitted by participants, in accordance with attached pre-qualification requirements.

(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower.
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
(4) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
(5) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(6) A certificate issued by an accredited certification authority attesting to the quality assurance, production or technical capacity of the company, or equivalent documentation (for service and works contracts).
(7) A description of the tools, plant or technical equipment available to the company for carrying out the contract (for works contracts).
