Aust-Agder county is constructing a new Sixth Form College in Arendal. The College is geographically located in Myra, just outside the centre of Arendal. The college is situated in an area where Arendal municipality has established/will establish a sports centre.
The new College is a vocational orientated college and it shall replace the current vocational orientated colleges in Strømsbu and Fløyheia. In addition a sports subjects shall be added.
The total gross area is approx. 19 600 m² of which the ”footprint” makes up approx. 8 000 m².
The contract works are to be carried out as builder managed joint contracts, a total of 7 contracts altogether.
The contracts will be handed over to the builder 7.5.2012.
The builder is responsible for the interdisciplinary progress planning and progress management.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
— Number 1: option of service/service agreements of the machines, 1 year, 2 years, 3 years,
— Number 2: option of: equipment that shall be moved from Strømsbu and Blakstad Sixth Form colleges. See attachment 012 for content and quality description.
Upgrading in accordance with current regulations (for example machinery directives).
Based on the above information, attachment 12 and site inspection, the price shall be understood as complete in place, including dismantling, clearing out, transport, replacing, assembly, certification and start-up.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Declaration of the company's participation in a publicly verified apprentice scheme(s) relevant to the contract;
(3) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(5) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(2) Samples, descriptions and/or brochures of the products to be delivered (for supply contracts);
(3) A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy;
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
3.2 Qualification requirements for this: The tenderers will be evaluated on the basis of the following qualification requirements:
— Qualification criteria qualification requirement documentation,
— Ability to deliver,
— The supplier’s experience with equivalent assignments,
— List of three equivalent assignments in the last 3 years including their value, date and recipient,
— Financial position,
— The supplier shall have the financial capacity to fulfil the assignment/contract. Credit rating not older than 1 year. Rating equivalent to D&B’s A (credit worthy),
— Documentation,
— Adequate,
— FDV documentation. Annex of adequate FDV documentation for all products, also cleaning instructions,
— Organisational and legal position. The supplier shall be a legally established company,
— Company registration certificate,
— Traceability. Tenderers shall have routines for quality assurance, including traceability of goods that are included in the tender and that ensure that the requirements and criteria in the tender documents are adhered to in the contract period. Account of the existing routines that document that the requirement is fulfilled. If these are described in the company’s quality or environment management system in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001 or equivalent third party verified systems, the valid certificate and a copy of the relevant routines can be enclosed.
