The framework agreement shall be for a period of 1 year with Statsbygg having the right to extend the contract for 1 year + 1 year + 1 year (options).
5 framework agreements shall be awarded for the following professions:
— Architect (ARK), contract H002,
— Landscape architect (LARK), contract H003,
— Consultant engineer construction (RIB), contract H004,
— Consultant engineer HVAC and sanitation(RIV), contract H005,
— Consultant engineer electro(RIE), contract H006.
Up to one (1) framework agreement (contract) shall be signed for each of the above mentioned professions. Tenders can be given for one or several professions.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);
Tenderers shall be a legally established company.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) The company’s most recent annual report including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures;
(2) Presentation of the company’s annual accounts, or extracts thereof;
(3) Other documentation required (please state below).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Det kreves god soliditet og finansiell gjennomføringsevne.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts).
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— Tenderers are required to have sufficient capacity,
— Tenderers are required to have good technical and professional qualifications, including experience from engineering design assignments (reference project) within the renovation of and alterations to antiquarian buildings (cultural monument protection).
