Statsbygg, c/o the Department for government owned royal properties, invite companies to an open tender competition for a framework agreement for construction management (BL) for future maintenance and construction works.The royal properties currently has a property portfolio of approx. 40 000 m2. The government owned royal properties are: The Royal Palace, Bygdø Kongsgård and Oscarshall Castle.
Three (3) framework agreements shall be signed.
