The procurement will be made via a negotiated procedure which is a two stage procedure with a prequalification phase and an award phase.Prequalification phase: Contractors submit a request for participation in the competition. The contractors who fulfil the requirements will be sent the tender documents and invited to give a tender. The documentation requirements for prequalification are in point 3.2. In addition potential tenderers must be able to document relevant experience from similar projects of an equivalent size in order to be prequalified.Award phase: Contractors who have submitted a tender and who fulfil the requirements in the tender documents will be invited to negotiations.The works will consist of deliveries and execution for the establishment of a SRO system for Rodeløkka heating plant. The plant will be established with an oil boiler for bio-oil, the boiler will be delivered in another contract.
