The company’s annual accounts for the previous 3 years including notes, the board’s and the auditor’s reports as well as the latest information with relevance to the company’s accounting figures. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain separate credit appraisals of the contractors from Lindorff Decision in connection with assessment of the contractors’ solidity (to be collected by the Awarding Authority). Overview which displays the total turnover/result for the previous 3 financial years with relevance to this contract.

Insurance certificate for liability insurance.

The contractor shall have sufficient financial capacity to execute the works/meet the contractual obligations.

Central approval or statement that the contractor will achieve local approval for right to accept responsibility or certificate of acceptance based on European standards, or other adequate documentation showing that the requirements are met.

Documentation showing that the executing personnel are certified in accordance with the Building Industry's Wet Room Standards or a statement that the contractor will bind oneself to be certified in case of contract award. See tender documents.

The contractor should give an account of how the requirement shall be met by describing organisation and manpower of the assignment. Overview of the contractor’s workforce and number of employees.

Description of the contractor’s technicians or technical bodies involved, whether or not belonging directly to the company, especially those responsible for quality control.

The contractor shall state relevant reference projects conducted over the past 5 years. Name of awarding authorities (recipient), nature of the works, values of the works, dates of execution and names/telephone nos. of the awarding authorities’’ (recipients) contact persons. See tender documents.

The contractor should describe experience from engineering, procurement and construction contracts as well as management of such contracts. See the tender documents.

Minimum 3 reference certificates from former awarding authorities (recipients) should be enclosed See tender documents.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

It is required that the contractor can demonstrate good ability to carry out the works, which includes that.

The Contractor shall be qualified for local approval for right to accept responsibility in enterprise classification 2.

Works in wet room shall be executed in accordance with the building industry’s wet room standards.

Sufficient capacity to carry out the assignment.

Requirements for progress and production; it will be required that the contractors are sufficient equipped, the engineering design is ready and is able to initiated the works maximum 6 weeks from contract signing and shall be capable to complete minimum 40 wet rooms per 4 weeks with a production time of maximum 4 weeks per wet room. The contractor shall have very good experience from corresponding assignments.

Contractual requirements regarding pay and working conditions. See the tender documents for these conditions. Execution in accordance with Norwegian Standard (NS) 3431 based on Oslo municipality’s modifications and supplementations of this standard.

It will be required in the contract that Norwegian contractors have initiated a process for entering into cooperation with a publicly approved apprenticeship scheme.
