Research and evaluation of the e-vote enabled municipality election in September 2011 in Norway

Norway shall implement en e-vote (both internet voting from home and in polling stations) enabled municipality and county council election in September 2011. The e-vote election shall be evaluated and the result of the evaluation shall be presented in a Report to the Storting for decision-making in relation to future e-vote elections, what form these elections shall have as well as time schedules for implementation. This tender contest includes research of voters’ conduct and election results from the electronic election. These results shall also be compared with the process and result of the paper-based election.
