Rents report - reports on current rent and market rent level in Oslo

Boligbygg would like tenders for quarterly reports on the market and current rent level in Oslo. Contracting will take place at the end of 2011. The first submission shall be for the 1st quarter of 2012, with a submission date one and a half months after the end of the quarter at the latest.
Boligbygg will, at the start of the contract, have the market and current rent reports for the 4th quarter of 2011. This contract aims to continue the price surveys that have already been carried out.
The rent price reports will be an important item for a legally correct calculation of the market rent and current rent for Boligbygg’s rental properties, cf. the Tenancy Agreement §§ 4-1 and 4-3. It is therefore important that the chosen service provider has a correct legal understanding of these terms.
The rent price reports form the basis for Boligbygg’s rent calculations, which are divided into a two stage method. First the average rent level in the rent price reports is mapped. Then the estimates in the reports for concrete conditions of importance for the rent value for each individual rental object are corrected. The correction in relation to the rent price estimates is made by an adjustment factor in each individual case. The individual evaluation of the rent objects is not a part of the contract for rent price reports.

All service providers must register here and download the competition documents. All communication on the procurement will go via Oslo municipality’s procurement portal.
