The contract is for 2 years with an option for a further 1+1 year on unchanged terms.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate.
(2) Value added tax certificate (National requierment).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requierment).
(4) Self-declaration regarding health, environment and safety in compliance with Appendix 2 (“Vedlegg 2”) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (“Forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser” -- National requierments).

The awarding authority will use Creditinform/Experian’s “Complete report” in their evaluation.
The awarding authority will themselves obtain a credit rating as a basis for the evaluation.
Newly started companies or companies which are not credit rated can instead give parent company guarantees etc. which provide equivalent security for fulfilment of the contract.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The service provider shall have economic and financial solidity which gives the awarding authority security that the service provider will be financially viable for the whole of the contract period.
The minimum requirement is credit worthy with rating A or equivalent.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Requirement 5: Experience.
Referenc list: Documentation shall be enclosed which states the most important contracts in the last 3 years, including their extent, value, date and the awarding authority or recipient as well as the telephone number of the contact person.
Requirement 6: Competence.
Documentation of membership in the Norwegian Valuers and Surveyors Association or equivalent with a statement of the valuation area.

Requirement 5: Experience.
Considerable experience is required from similar assignments. Similar assignments means valuing, rent evaluations, condition evaluations etc. of residences as mentioned in the annex Specifications.
Requirement 6: Competence.
The responsible professional at the tenderer is required to have sufficient competence and certified education in order to ensure that the services are carried out in a professionally satisfactory way.
