Stjørdal Kulturutvikling AS, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites to a prequalification in a restricted tender contest for development of a regional cultural centre in Stjørdal. The engineering, procurement and construction contract includes all construction works for buildings (BYGG). The tender contest includes development of regional Cultural Centre with churches and accompanying parking facility as well as option for City park/Parking basement. The cultural centre/church has a gross area of 10 900 m2. The area of the parking facility amounts to approx. 4 000 m2. Option for the City park amounts to approx. 6 000 m2. Option for parking facility below the City park amounts to approx. 2 000 m2.
