E18 Vestfold AS shall refinance two credit facilities for the road projects Kopstad - Gulli as described in the white paper 78 (2002-2003 and Langåker - Bommestad as described in the white paper 78 (2005-2006). For Kopstad-Gulli this is expected to be repaid during 2013 and the volume which shall be refinanced is estimated to approx. 200 000 000 NOK. For Langåker – Bommestad, refinancing is wanted for up to 900 000 000 NOK. The tenders must be for guaranteed financing solutions for the company, i.e. the company does not want to run liquidity risk for the financing. Further information on the refinancing will be sent out with the invitation to participate in the competition after the notice period is over (see the details in the notice).
