Receipt, transport and treatment with energy recovery of residual waste from Trondheim

Trondheim Cleansing Department (RHV), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, invites relevant service providers to an open tender contest regarding receipt of residual waste for energy utilisation. The tender contest includes potential necessary management of receiving station as well as transport from receiving station to processing. The major amount of the waste is collected by the Awarding Authority’s refuse collection vehicles directly from households in Trondheim municipality.
This also includes waste collected from municipal businesses in the municipality. A smaller amount of the waste will be received at the recycling station(s) in the municipality.
The Awarding Authority requests option for loading and transport of combustible residue waste from the recycling station(s).
The tenderers can submit tenders for the entire amount or parts of the amount.

If the tenderers chose to submit tender for alternative A and not alternative B the tenderers will not be allowed to submit tenders to lots where half amounts are divided between several tenderers.

The option for loading and transport of combustible residue waste from recycling station(s) will have the same agreement period with unilateral option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s) (a total prolongation period of 2 years).
