The tenderer shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.

1. List of the principal deliveries or services effectuated in the previous three years including the values, dates and recipients, as well as name of the public of private recipient. Newly established companies must substantiate the employees’ experience.
