The procurement includes ordinary cleaning, periodic cleaning, window cleaning (internal and external). Establishment of maintenance of floor treatment and cleaning of walls and ceilings shall be included in the price for ordinary cleaning. The cleaning services shall be carried out at the Awarding Authority’s office address in Kinsarvik. The service providers are asked to submit any questions in advance/within the date for tender inspection, so that the Awarding Authority can prepare the answers. The questions will be made anonymous. Minutes from the tender inspection/tender conference will, without delay, be published at Doffin and sent by e-mail to all interested service providers. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s) on identical conditions. This means that the total possible agreement period is 4 years. The options must be released within 3 months subsequent to expiration of contract, at the latest.

The service provider shall have sufficient financial capacity to carry out the assignment/meet the contractual obligations.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— The service provider shall enclose a list of the 5 principal assignment carried out the previous 3 years, including information of values, dates and recipients (name, telephone no. and e-mail address). The references will be contacted if required,
— Overview of CVs with description of formal education and work experience for personnel proposed for this assignment (cleaning manager/contact person),
— Statement of existing routines which substantiate that the requirements are met. If the routines are described in the company’s quality or environmental management system in accordance with ISO 14001, EMAS or other third-party verified systems, it will be sufficient to present a copy of a valid certificate. Copy of the Swan; the Nordic Ecolabelling system or other equivalent systems may be accepted.

— The cleaning manager/contact person shall have necessary competence required for this assignment. Certificate of apprenticeship in cleaning and relevant experience are required,
— Competence which ensures low environmental impact in connection with implementation of the service is required. The service provider shall have:
Plan for HSE training of personnel, including waste management, cleaning methods, use of detergents and equipment, written work instructions.
