Information of the air treatment systems:
Systems: There are a total of 24 air treatment systems. System 360.001-360.010 is located in the technical room in the basement and operates the basement level, ground floor and first floor. System 360.011-360.016 is located in the technical room at fourth floor and operates fourth floor, third floor and second floor. System 360.017 is located in the eighth floor in a high-rise block and operates the high-rise block. Systems 360.018, 360.019 and 360.020 are located in building; the sports building and operates this building. System 360.021 is located in building 2; the student building and operates this building. System 360.022 is located in building 5 and operates this building. Systems 360.023 and 360.024 are located in and operate the aqua laboratory and the chemistry laboratory.

Qualification requirements: Legally established company.
Documentation:
Company registration certificate.
Valid Company registration certificates.
(For foreign companies the Awarding Authority requires equivalent certificates in accordance with the legislation in the country where the company is registered).
Tax information.
Two tax and VAT certificates shall be provided:
— Tax certificate (tax, advance tax deduction, garnishments, payroll tax),
— VAT certificate.
Tax and VAT certificates can be commissioned from one office. The tenderers may either contact the local tax collector office or the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months from the tender deadline.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall present corresponding certificates. Compare the Public Procurement Regulations’ §20-12 (3).
HSE self-declaration.
All tenderers shall present a HSE self-declaration within the tender deadline. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form, see annex.
Tenderers registered in StartBANK can provide information of the StartBANK identification or send copy of registration to the StartBANK instead.

Annual accounts for the previous 3 years, including auditor’s report.
The Awarding Authority will consider obtaining credit appraisal from a credit rating company.
Other documentation required: The contractor must have good technical and professional qualifications.
Experience from equivalent assignments with corresponding extent and contents, carried out in comparable buildings/projects (reference projects).
Good capacity in connection with implementation of the assignment is required.
It is a condition that the key personnel (project manager) has relevant education and work experience and can present minimum 2 relevant reference projects carried out in comparable buildings with an area of approx. 10 000 m² or more.
Technical and professional qualifications: The contractor must have good technical and professional qualifications.
Experience from equivalent assignments with corresponding extent and contents, carried out in comparable buildings/projects (reference projects).
Good capacity in connection with implementation of the assignment is required.
It is a condition that the key personnel (project manager) has relevant education and work experience and can present minimum 2 relevant reference projects carried out in comparable buildings with an area of approx. 10 000 m² or more.
1. Statement of the tenderer‘s principal reference project for the previous 5 years with a brief description of the building/project, including the nature of the contract, value, date and recipient.
— Overview of the tenderer‘s total manpower,
— Name and CV for the intended project manager.
The CV shall contain information of education and work experience as well as a statement of minimum 2 relevant reference projects. Each of the reference projects shall contain the following information:
1. Brief description of reference project with information of the building/type of building and the extent (m² and value).
2. Statement of the installations included in the contract and information of special conditions in relation to the reference project with particular relevance to this assignment.
3. The the person concerned role in the project.
4. Date of implementation
5. Awarding Authority.
6. Contract form/division (number of co-ordinated contracts)
