The aim of the contract is to ensure the nursing home department qualified assistance with a concept selection review for a new construction of a nursing home in Henrik Sørensens vei 4. The review will also assess whether it shall be carried out as an OPS project or managed entirely by the municipality.
If an OPS strategy is chosen for the project, the competition documents etc. shall be worked out. If the choice is that the municipality shall carry out the investment project itself there will not be a call-off for the option – phase 2. The estimated total need for assistance is one man labour year with an operative project manager and possible supporting consultancy assignments for phase 1 – concept selection review is completed. If the call-off is used for the option, the need in phase 2 will be equivalent.

— A description of how the consultancy company sees that phase 1 and phase 2 can be most practically carried out, including relevant comments as regards what the main themes are and/or particularly important conditions which must be dealt with in each phase shall be a part of the tender – see the specifications,

— Multi-disciplinary projects, which professions, extent (NOK) and length (time), previously carried out KVY and/or OPS and the service provider’s role,
— How many fulfil the competence requirement, availability of reserves for the operative project manager and the supporting consultants are to be described,
— CVs, relevant project manager experience number of years, formal project manager certifications, education, done KVU before and documented experience from equivalent project and investment processes – see the specifications.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
— The company is required to have a good understanding of the assignment,
— Good competence in multi-disciplinary projects which cover the fields which the operative project manager and/or the supporting consultants must cover,
— The offered operative project manager must have very good project manager experience and good experience from planning, construction.
