The Ministry of Education and Research (KD) has given Statsbygg the task of constructing a new building for Bergen University College. The building is planned to have a gross area of approx. 51 000 m2 including a car park in the basement. The aim of the development is to jointly house three departments: Engineering education, teacher training and health and social studies education. The college is to be constructed for approx. 4 400 students and 500 employees.
K205 Kitchen and serving units consists of canteen kitchen with serving, mezzanine (buffet for drinks), student bar (stores, bar kitchen, bar), café kitchen (8th floor) and training kitchen (cool room and washing up).

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
Documentation.
*Valid company registration certificate (foreign companies must enclose an equivalent certificate as stated in the law in the country where the company is registered).
Tax information.
Two tax certificates shall be enclosed: Tax certificate (tax, advance payments, garnishments, employer’s contribution), VAT certificate.
The tax certificate and VAT certificate can be ordered from one place. Tenderers can either apply to their local tax collection office or to the tax office.
The certificates shall not be older than 6 months calculated from the deadline for receipt of tenders.
Tenderers with business addresses in other EEA countries than Norway shall enclose equivalent certificates in accordance with the procurement regulations § 20-12 (3).
HES self-declaration.
All tenderers shall enclose a HES self-declaration by the deadline for receipt of tender. The self-declaration shall be in accordance with the attached form in the tender documents. Tenderers registered in StartBANK can state their StartBANK ID or send in a copy of their registration proof in StartBANK instead.

1.The annual accounts for the last 3 years, including the auditor's report.
2.Statsbygg will consider to obtain a credit rating from Kredittinform.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Suppliers must have very good technical and professional qualifications.
Suppliers must have experience from equivalent contracts (reference projects) where equivalent kitchen have been delivered and for comparable buildings.
At least 3 of the reference projects are to be from a new building where the actual delivery has a contract value of 2 000 000 NOK or higher.
Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
Overview of previous deliveries (reference projects) in the last 3 years. The following information shall be given for each of the reference projects:
— short description of the project, including type/size of the building,
— the delivery (what type of kitchen and its size),
— year of execution/delivery,
— contract value,
— name of the awarding authority/builder and contact person for any references.
