Project 12040 Centre for animal testing K101 partnership contract

In December 2011 the Ministry of Education and Research gave Statsbygg the task of starting to sketch and preliminary design a new Centre for animal testing (SHF) on Campus Ås.
The task consists of approx. 16 000 m2 new buildings. The buildings will mainly consist of traditional agricultural buildings, with in addition research, study, cloakrooms and administration areas.
The site is being developed and is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2012.
The works can in addition consist of adjoining/accompanying areas, buildings and installations connected to the establishment of SHF.

Complete annual accounts for the last three years, with notes and the auditor's report. Statsbygg reserves the right to obtain a credit rating.
The tenderer is required to have good finances and the liqudity to handle the project's economic size.
