Project 11930 the Eidsvoll building – implementation stage H11 construction management

Statsbygg (the Awarding Authority) has been assigned by the Ministry of Culture to renovate the Eidsvoll building for The Constitution of Norway’s 200 years anniversary. The main object is to restore the facility to what it may have looked like in 1814. The facility comprises of a main building, 2 pavilions and a park.
The project shall be carried out in close cooperation with the Directorate for Cultural Heritage and the user; Norsk folkemuseum, c/o Eidsvoll 1814. The programme stage and the pre-project stage were initiated in October 2010. A clarification process regarding details of the assignments is in progress with the Ministry of Culture.

Statement of the tenderer’s procedures and methods for construction management. (Max 2 A4 pages).
Statement of the tenderer’s quality assurance routines. (Max 2 A4 pages).
Documentation showing that the construction manager proposed for the assignment has experience as safety – health and workplace environment coordinator. Information on projects where the construction manager proposed for the assignment has carried out safety – health and workplace environment coordination during execution of a project.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:
The tenderer must have:
— Capacity.
It is required that the tenderer has a staff of minimum 5 construction managers. The reason for this is that the construction manager proposed for the assignment must be replaced if the assignment is not carried out satisfactorily and also that backup construction manager competence is available.
