Norges forskningsråd

Program for regional R&D and innovation has been in operation since 2007. Forskningsrådet now wants to carry out a mid-term evaluation of the program in order to further develop it towards the third program period from 2014 to 2017.
The purpose of the evaluation is to measure to what degree the program meets the required intentions, performance and efficiency. The evaluation shall form the basis for further development and improvement of the program. The contract has a maximum limit of 1 500 000 NOK including VAT.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Company registration certificate;
(2) Value added tax certificate (national requirement);
(3) Company tax certificate (national requirement);
(4) Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement).
Supplier shall be a legally established company.
Supplier shall be up-to-date with tax and VAT payments.
Supplier shall have a well functional HES system.
Supplier shall have qualified personnel, and must submit a completed quality schema for tendered consultants. See tender documents.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit rating not older than 1 year based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a credit rating institution. The Research Council of Norway may in addition obtain their own credit rating if it is deemed to be appropriate.
