Procurement of taxi transport for work and education in the TT-service in Oslo Municipality

TT is transport organised for persons who cannot use other public transport. The assignment comprises mainly taxi transport for work and education in the TT-service for Oslo Municipality. The assignment is divided in 2, where part 1 consists of 2 parcels with the possibility to submit a tender for one or both, and with the possibility to tender for part 2. All parts are based upon hiring-in taxis, including driver and equipment, for the provision of transport. Part 1a and part 1b, co-ordinated taxi transport for work and education in the TT-service, shall be planned and organised by external transport office. Invoicing on the basis of a fixed starting price, fixed price per TT-user driven, and per kilometer driven. Part 2, directly ordered taxi transport for work and education in the TT-service, shall be ordered by TT-users through the taxi central. Invoicing will be per journey. The scope will be governed by demand.
