The Procurement Cooperation in Sunnmøre invite companies to an open tender competition for the establishment of a framework agreement for school furniture.
Participating municipalities: Sula, Giske, Norddal, Sandøy, Ålesund, Haram and Ørskog.
The awarding authority is using Visma TendSign for this tender process. Lekolar AS, in cooperation with Lindbak AS wil service users in Ålesund and its municipalities. Lekolar AS will be the legal partner who is responsible for all delivery, billing and monitoring of the agreement. Lindbak will assist us with their local expertise and follow-up with the merchants in the geographic area covered by the framework agreement. They will also be responsible for installation and the follow-up of projects in cooperation with our sales representative. We will also use Lindbak premises in Ålesund where our most frequent products will be available for users. This is so that we will have a short response time with the testing of products and the loan of products if this were the case for example in connection with repairs etc. Lindbak Møre AS has 12 employees 10 of which are located in Ålesund and the other 2 in Østa. Three people with over 25 years of industry experience will be appointed to service this framework agreement together with Lekolars sales representatives (see contacts). We also have interior decorators and interior design consultants available that can help with preparing furnishing suggestions etc.].
