Arendal Eiendom KF, department Environment service, henceforth referred to a the Awarding Authority, is responsible for cleaning of approx. 85 buildings in Arendal municipality. System for rigidly mounted mat zones in the majority of schools buildings, nursery schools and some other buildings will be included in the agreement. The size of the mat zones in the various buildings/entrances will to a large degree vary. The total area included in the agreement is approx. 2 500 m2. This estimate is normative, only and is not binding for the Awarding Authority. Carpet beaters, filters, bags and brushes are requested as a part of the contract. The requirement is estimated to be a total of approx. 65-85 carpet beaters. Laying and removal of mat zones. If a building is subject to demolition/sale/reconstruction, the hiring agreement for mat zones will be terminated for the building in questions.
