Procurement of oil skimmers, oil booms, radar based system for oil dectection and oil protection boat.
Kystverket shall procure materials for the Norwegian State's preparation against oil pollution. The materials shall be kept in the designated pollution control depots and the vessels that, at all times, are part of the emergency response. The procurement shall contribute to:
— reduce the gap between the actual supplies and the recommended level of supplies,
— replace old materials where this is necessary for operational availability.
The materials that are being procured will therefore be a combination of re-investment to replace old stock as well as new investments.

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (national requirement);

Qualification requirement: tenderer must have a legally established company;

Documentation requirement: company registration certificate or equivalent from the country where the company is established.

Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:

Credit appraisal from an approved credit rating agency, i.e. from Lindorff or Experian. The evaluation shall be based on tenderer's last known accounting numbers with a note of how the credit evaluation has developed over the last 2 years.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder:

Tenderer must have sound economy, this includes credit worthy, satisfactory liquidity and low bankruptcy.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

Tenderer must submit a reference list from deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients. References may be checked if necessary.

Minste nivå(er) av standarder: Experience from equivalent or relevant assignments/supplies is a requirement.
