Husbanken

The Norwegian State Housing Bank, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, requests tenders for hotel accommodations including meetings, courses and seminars.
The intention is to enter into framework agreements with maximum 4 service providers. The agreement(s) shall meet the Awarding Authority’s requirements for hotel services in Norway and simultaneously ensure quality, service and cost effectiveness in connection with purchase of services.
The agreement(s) shall also ensure that agreed upon prices and conditions are in accordance with the users’ requirements and expectations.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:

(2) Value added tax certificate (National requierment).
(3) Company tax certificate (National requierment).
(4) Self-declaration regarding health, environment and safety in compliance with Appendix 2 (“Vedlegg 2”) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (“Forskrift om offentlige anskaffelser” - National requierments).

Credit appraisal/rating not older than 3 months based on the most recent accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publicly approved credit rating agency. Minimum rating A (Dun & Bradstreet) or equivalent.

It is required that all employees in the provider’s own organisation and personnel of.
Subcontractor(s), if any, do (does) not have poorer employment contracts, pension, salary and working conditions than given in tariff agreements, regulations or what is considered standard for relevant location and profession.
This applies only for employees who are directly engaged in the contract.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
(1) A list of the principal deliveries effected or the main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients.
(2) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
(3) Other documentation required (Please detail below):

In order to ensure low environmental impact of the hotel services during a potential contract period, it is required that the provider have:
— system for measuring and following up the energy consumption,
— system for measuring and following up waste management/source segregation,
— system for measuring and following up consumption of…
