Procurement of cleaning services for Nasjonalbiblioteket avd. Oslo

Nasjonalbiblioteket requests a new agreement for purchase of cleaning services of their premises in Henrik Ibsens gate 110 in Oslo, and relating magasine as well as magazine depot in Observatoriegaten 1. The contract shall replace the existing agreement when this expires in February 2012.
This is a two year contract with an option for award authority to prolong the contract period for two optional periods, each for a maximum of one year. This means that the total contract period is a maximum of four years.
The supplier choosen for this contract will be the exclusive supplier of indoor cleaning services during the contract period.
This is an open tender contest procedure.
The service shall cover the following premises:
— Main building in Henrik Ibsensgate 110, Oslo,
— Magazine depot in Observatoriegaten 1, Oslo,
— ”Halvbroren” (through an option that can be entered into after 30 days written notice).
