The complete delivery of the measurement collection system, cf. point II.1.5 will include, among other things:— delivery of meters, approx. 500 000–600 000,— installation of meters, approx. 460 000–560 000 (estimated difference in volume between delivery and installation due to a third party installer carrying out a clean-up assembly).The total value of the procurement, based on estimates that the awarding authority has knowledge of, is estimated to be approx. 1 000 000 000–2 000 000 000 NOK. Previous calculations of costs connected to the proposed requirements indicate that the costs for Norway’s network companies in total will be approx. 5 000 000 000 NOK. Later estimates indicate that the costs will be higher, maybe up to 10 000 000 NOK in total in Norway. (The amount include the network companies’ internal costs).Hafslund Nett makes up approx. 20 % of the network companies in total. The above mentioned estimate does not include the operational part of the delivery. The amount and estimated value of the operational part has not been decided or calculated at this stage.
