Delivery of PR and advertising services in relation to mass media campaigns where the objective is to:
1) motivate to stop smoking and using snuff;
2) prevent young people from starting smoking and using snuff and
3) protect the population and society against diseases caused by using tobacco/snuff.
The target groups are: adults in general, but also particular target groups such as young people and pregnant women.
The Norwegian Directorate of Health, henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, wishes to enter into contract with one service provider, only. The service provider will be allowed to engage sub-providers, but they must be approved by the Awarding Authority.

(1) Overview of the company's total manpower;
(2) Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts);
(3) A list of the principal deliveries effected, or main services provided, by the company, in the past 3 years, with the values, dates and recipients (for supply and service contracts);
(4) A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.
