Portfolio management of electric power within the award authority's framework, and services regarding strategies for price security and risk analysis, measuring and reporting of such management. Financial business and management of financial contracts.
Physical business of electric power, including daily registry on the power exchange based on withdrawal in accordance with prognosis.
Physical delivery of electric power.
Services in connection with consultancy and invoicing, including invoicing of network leasing, reports, administration and tools for making reports.

Evidence of enrolment on the professional or trade register, as required by national law, in the country where the company is established.

Self-declaration in compliance with Appendix 2 (HSE) of the Norwegian procurement regulations (National requirement).

The tenderer is required to have a legally established company.
The tenderer and any sub-suppliers shall not have any tax arrears without a repayment plan.
The tenderer and any sub-suppliers shall have a system for seeing to health, environment and safety as regards the internal control regulations.
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
— The company’s most recent annual report and annual accounts including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
Account from mother company only will not be accepted. Auditor's notes must be submitted.
— Copy of credit evaluation from accredited credit evaluation company, no older than 6 months,
— any foundation document with the opening balance for newly established companies.

The tenderer is required to have good solidity.
The company’s most recent annual report and annual accounts including new information of relevance to the company’s accounting figures.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
— tenderer shall submit written documentation of the principal deliveries effected by the company, including value, dates and recipients,
— documentation demonstrating employees' have acceptable wage and working conditions, see separate document; Attachment 4, Self-declaration regarding social dumping,
— documentation describing the company's environmental policy.

Manpower proposed for this contract (organisation chart) with names and CV's of the key personnel who will be responsible for its execution (for service and works contracts).
A statement of the company's health, environment and safety policy.
A statement of the quality assurance/quality control system operated by the company.

The tenderer is required to have a HSE policy.
