The Awarding Authority wishes to enter into an agreement for delivery of a recruitment system which shall provide the advertiser of vacant positions options for producing and publishing vacant positions notices, as well as, in a simply manner, file documents of importance for the case.
The advertiser of vacant position shall also have possibility to use the system in connection with increasing the efficiency of case administration of recruitment process, such as printout of applications lists, quantity management of candidates in relation to sorting/status registering and communication.
The candidates/applicants shall be given the opportunity to upload CVs and submit applications through the system. It is also important that the system is easily accessible for the users, particularly for the candidates/applicants.
The delivery is described in the procurement agreement’s annex 1; the Awarding Authority’s requirement specifications. The agreement period is 4 years with option for 1+1 year(s) prolongation.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The contract period is 4 years from contract signing. Option for the Awarding Authority to prolong the agreement with 1+1 year(s). The Government Administration Services (the Awarding Authority) is contracting party and all ministries included in the ministry fellowship have option to enter into the agreement on identical conditions during the agreement period.
