The agreement runs for two years from date of signature with the possibility for award authority to request extension by up to two years. The extension can be made for one year at a time.
Any extension of the agreement shall be made with written notice within the contract period.

Prices for the services included in this agreement are specificed in Attachment 3. All prices are in Norwegian kroner including VAT and other taxes/charges etc.
The prices for the individual part areas are given as fixed prices. This is required for reasons of economic processing for both parties to the agreement, and to ensure simple and easily controllable invoicing.
In the budget the fixed price shall not exceed the stated ordinary market price for the taxi services in the area. Higher price than the stated ordinary market price will be considered a breach of contract from suppliers.
A price shall be set for wasted trips, see requirement specifications point 2.3. Invoices for wasted trips shall not exceed the ordinary pick-up rates when ordered by private individuals who pay for the taxi's for personally.
