The objective of this competition is to enter into an agreement to meet the needs of the Research Council. Further, the objective is to give the Research Council access to air travel at advantageous prices which will lead to reduced administration costs in connection with the use of such services.
The Norwegian Research Council wishes to enter into a framework agreement for purchase of air travel in Norway, including Svalbard, together with selected destinations within Europe and overseas for their staff and persons connected with the Research Council.
