P-72319. Bus transport
In connection with the T2 project at Gardermoen, 2 housing sites have been established, one North (North Camp) in the airport area and one in the South (South Camp) to accommodate and feed the workforce which will carry out the work at the airport.
The workforce for the T2 project will vary according to the tasks and with time. During the most intensive period approx 1 000-1 200 people are expected to be engaged at the construction site.
In connection with the housing sites a parking site for private vehicles has also been established for those using the housing site and day commuters, a total of 800 parking spaces.
This procurement consists of shuttlebus traffic for transport of construction and site workers between parking places at the accommodation sites and the respective work locations at the terminal building and other possible construction sites. In the North this is a section of approx. 1,5 km, while from the South it is approx. 2 km.
Bus capacity must be adapted to the need and potential shift arrangements. There will be a need for bussing between 06.00-23.00.
