P-180827 runway deicers
Swedvia AB, Sweden, and Avinor AS, Norway, intend to enter into contracts (one or several) regarding purchasing runway deicers to the airports. There will be established separate contracts with respectively Swedavia AB and Avinor AS (including subsidiary companies). The purchasing procedure, including qualification and evaluation, will be accomplished jointly. The Technical Documentation will be common. Detailed specifications will be a part of the document invitation to tender.
The yearly delivery covers approximately 1 500 - 3 000 tons of deicers, both fluid(s) and solid(s).
The contracting entity will require that the supplier's products relevant for this procurement are in compliance with applicable environmental requirements, and with AMS 1431 and AMS 1435 certification.
The duration of the contract will be 3 years, starting 1.9.2012. The principal may have the right to prolong the contract period 2 years (1+1 year).
Invitation to tender will be sent out primo November 2011. The deadline for the tender is expected primo March 2012.
