The scope of this contract is operation of the plant for 10 years, with the first year as an experimental year. Estimated annual demand for energy supply is approx. 4 GWh.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The first year of the contract is an experimental year so that both parties can gain experience of implementation and operation of the bio-plant. After 10 months operation the experiences shall be exchanged and the parties shall decide, in consultation, if the contract shall proceed in its entirity. An assessment will be made if the parties are satisfied with the co-operation and the economic outlook. If award authority decides to execute the complete contract the contractual period will run in it's entirety.
